Why is Lean so important to us?
Focus on value creation: We identify everything that doesn’t add value for the customer (waiting times, unnecessary trips, rework) and reduce it step by step.
Culture of continuous improvement: It’s not one big measure, but many small, consistent improvements—driven by the team—that yield lasting results.
Why do we do this?
Because we want to achieve more stable processes, higher quality, and shorter lead times—for even more reliable performance for the customer and, at the same time, clearer, simpler workflows in our day-to-day operations.
For us, this is also “Values in Motion” in action: shared values that we translate into concrete improvements—every day, in the process, as a team.
