At the beginning of the week, we welcomed two sales colleagues from BGtech GmbH Austria to our site in Porta Westfalica. The two-day visit served to transfer knowledge and deepen our cooperation. 

Day 1: Practical training
On the first day, our colleagues were active in production. They had the opportunity to go through various stations in production and experience our product range up close. Particularly relevant for BGtech were the industrial products such as suspension arms, lifts and control boxes, which our guests were able to assemble independently under supervision. This gave them valuable insights into the design principles of our systems. The practical experience meant that they not only got to know the products better, but were also able to understand the adjustment and assembly options on site at the customer's machine. During these activities, they were actively supported by our new sales representative, who is also still in the onboarding phase. 

Day 2: Theoretical training
The second day was dedicated to theoretical knowledge transfer. Our experts conducted a comprehensive training course focusing on the technical details of our industrial products. The topics covered included the individual product variants and their possible combinations, as well as the various assembly options. Practical case studies and the unique selling points of our solutions compared to market competitors rounded off the theoretical part.
